Hey there, I’m Terri.
Through my own personal experience with abusive relationships and trauma, I know how painful, long, and difficult healing can be. After years of sitting on several therapist’s couches focused on trying to “fix” my “character flaws” (and failing), I eventually found support through a therapist whose work was not about the behaviors or the flaws, but the inherent worth of a person — and that changed everything.
Since then, I have come to know that I am loved. I am worthy. I am enough. So are you.
Has finding answers and healing been elusive?
Are you asking yourself…
Am I broken?
Why can’t I connect with others?
What am I doing wrong?
What if healing wasn’t about finding the answers, but the experience of gently and openly meeting yourself in the questions?

What does therapy with me look like?
I use a holistic approach to therapy based on the belief that you are the expert on your own life, and I understand and trust in your unique growth and healing process.
I bring my whole self to the work, including my personal experience, intuition, and education — enabling me to be in real connection and collaboration with you.
